F-Series laser can be widely applied to metal, plastic and other materials marking. Compared with the fiber laser, F-Series laser pulse width is less than 1/10 of the fiber laser while the peak power is 10 times that of the fiber laser. Therefore, in the processing of heat sensitive materials (such as plastic) will not cause burning. High peak power is also expanding the processing field. Although its wavelength and the fiber laser’s wavelength is the same, however, it can process a wide range materials than fiber laser. F-Series laser design structure has a natural anti-reflection function, it is possible to process gold, silver, copper and other high reflective materials without degradation or damage to the laser power. By contrast, fiber laser do not have this kind of design structure. Even if there are isolators in the processing of a high reflective material is still easy to cause rapid decline in power of the laser or burned.
